New site up and running

I keep creating and destroying sites trying to test specific things out. I tried using a Docker based site, but the WordPress containers don’t allow for easy modification to the upload limit size. Because of this, I’m back to a VM based deployment. It’s a little more work, but gives me all the control I want.
